If, for any reason, you are unable to attend, you may have someone attend the program for you in the case of the Basic training, in the case of the Advanced or Leadership Program only another person who has taken the corresponding pre-requisite program may take part. Call Elemental Human Potential's Customer Service Department at least 15 days prior to the start of the event to transfer your registration.
Previously transferred or bonus tickets cannot be transferred. If you are unable to attend and do not wish to be replaced, please contact our Customer Service Department. We will convert your registration to a non-refundable Basic Elemental Human Potential voucher that must be used within six months of the original event date.
There are some restrictions. The bonus registration is valid only for the event date indicated on the electronic confirmation and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
